PreK: Jesus Calms the Storm

Bible Story: Jesus Calms the Storm

Memory Verse: Psalm 56:3

I found this sail boat craft at Michaels for only $1

It came with the 6 pieces of wood and told you what

the name of each piece is (cabin, hull, stern, mast, sails), plus

the paint, glue, and paintbrush.

I helped him glue all the pieces together, then he

painted it by himself.

Sailboat & Storm Lunch Box

I made a sailboat sandwich by flattening out the bread

with a rolling pin.  Then cut out a boat shape on one piece

of bread, then use that as my stencil for cutting out the next

piece of bread and the cheese in the middle.

Then I cut up turkey to make waves and made it layered.

The rest of the turkey I rolled up to look like a dock.

Then made clouds with celery and cream cheese.

Cut out lightning shapes out of cheese.

The fish shapes are cheese.

Served with applesauce, strawberries, and goldfish crackers.
